Welcome to IClean&Sparkle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services. By hiring IClean&Sparkle or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

IClean&Sparkle offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and other specialized cleaning services as described in our service package details.

2. Service Agreement

By scheduling a cleaning appointment with IClean&Sparkle, you are entering into a service agreement with us. This agreement will outline the scope of work, service frequency, and pricing, which will be provided prior to any cleaning services being rendered.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

You may schedule a cleaning appointment by contacting us through our website, phone, or email.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

  • Late Arrivals: We will make every effort to arrive on time, but delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. If our cleaners are delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will be notified promptly.

4. Payment and Pricing

IClean&Sparkle will provide you with an estimate for the services requested. Our pricing may vary depending on the size of the property, level of cleaning, and any specialized services requested. All prices are quoted in advance and must be agreed upon by the client before services are provided.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.

  • Late Payments: Any payments not received within 14 days of the service date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring the following:

  • Providing access to the property for the scheduled cleaning.

  • Securing pets or fragile items that may interfere with the cleaning process.

  • Notifying us of any special instructions or areas requiring attention prior to the cleaning appointment.

IClean&Sparkle reserves the right to refuse service if the client does not fulfill these responsibilities or if we encounter unsafe working conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

7. Liability and Damages

IClean&Sparkle will take reasonable precautions to protect your property while cleaning. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are broken, fragile, or otherwise at risk of damage due to their condition, age, or fragility.

  • Client Property: We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the client’s property unless it is directly caused by the negligence of IClean&Sparkle staff.

  • Insurance: IClean&Sparkle is fully insured for general liability. However, you are encouraged to check with your own insurance provider for additional coverage if necessary.

8. Employee Conduct

Our staff is professionally trained to provide cleaning services in a respectful and courteous manner. Any inappropriate behavior or actions by IClean&Sparkle employees will be reported to the management team and addressed promptly.

9. Health and Safety

Our team follows strict cleaning protocols, including the use of appropriate cleaning products and safety measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both clients and staff. We also adhere to any relevant local health and safety guidelines.

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

IClean&Sparkle respects your privacy. We will not share any personal information or details about your property with third parties without your explicit consent. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the cleaning service agreement.

11. Termination of Service

IClean&Sparkle reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time if we believe our terms of service have been violated or if payment is not received.

12. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province], and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State/Province].
